ECTS Credit Allocation

NNYU uses ECTS as credit accumulation system at all institutional, regional and national levels. Prior to mobility, outgoing student should consult host institution's relevant web pages, course catalogues and study the learning outcomes and ECTS credits, then should discuss with departmental coordinator about the courses which will fit best with curriculum. Following the approval of coordinator, a Learning Agreement must be signed, which will include details of the courses student will be taking abroad.

Once student arrives at the host institution, any possible changes must be handled upon the approval of departmental coordinator before finalizing full recognition. Transcript will be reviewed by departmental coordinator and the courses successfully completed will be shown in student’s transcript and consequently diploma supplement with their original codes and names as provided by the host institution.
